Delivery & Returns
Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday for orders made before midnight to all NE, DH & SR postcodes. Any orders made after midnight on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. You can also nominate a specific delivery day tues - sat, just let us know in the notes at checkout.
The zones are as follows:
Super Local: NE1 - NE12 & NE25 - NE30
Local: NE13, NE15, NE16, NE17, NE18, NE20, NE21, NE22, NE23, NE24, NE31, NE32, NE33, NE34, NE35, NE36, NE37, NE38, NE39, NE40, NE41, NE42, NE43, NE44, NE45, NE46, NE61, NE62, NE63, NE64
Wider NE: NE19, NE47, NE48, NE49, NE65, NE66, NE67, NE68, NE69, NE70, NE71, All DH & SR
To qualify for free delivery your order must be;
Super Local - £20 or over, for orders under £20 a delivery cost of £2.99 will be added to your order.
Local - £40 or over, for orders under £40 a delivery cost of £4.99 will be added to your order.
Wider NE - £40 or over, for orders under £40 a deliver cost of £6.99 will be added to your order.
Please insert a space between the first and second part of your postcode to ensure you are offered the correct delivery option. EG. NE14 3XX
Outside of these postcode areas we will fulfil orders using Parcel Force, orders should be with you in 3-5 days. We offer free national delivery for orders over £80 any orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of £8.99.
By entering the site and placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years or over. Please ensure someone who is 18 years or over is available to receive your order when it is delivered. As per the terms of our license we operate a Challenge 25 policy, if our couriers are unsure of your age on delivery and you are not able to provide ID we reserve the right to cancel the order. A full refund will be given for items ordered in this instance, however any delivery fees will not be refunded.
To ensure everyones safety, all orders will be contactless. We will place your order on your doorstep or at your requested location, ring the doorbell, text or call you and then step back. If asked to provide ID please hold it up at arms length so as to maintain social distancing.
If there are any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days directly via email at email@example.com or call us on 01912656355 and we'll do everything we can to rectify the problem. If your order is damaged or there are incorrect or missing items, please provide photographic evidence where appropriate and we will offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered after 7 days from delivery.
